By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is a comparison resource for Bitcoin-backed loans and mortgages. We publish information about lenders we can verify and help you filter that information.

The Site is NOT a lender, broker, registered investment advisor, money transmitter, custodian, or guarantor. We do not: • Originate, fund, service, or hold any loan or mortgage • Take applications or transmit your financial credentials • Hold your Bitcoin or any other asset • Provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice • Guarantee any rate, approval, term, or outcome at any lender Any decision you make based on information from the Site is your own. Verify all rates, terms, and conditions directly with the lender before applying.

Rates, fees, LTV ratios, custody arrangements, and other lender data are pulled from publicly available sources and reviewed weekly. They may change without notice. The "Verified" date on each lender row indicates when we last reviewed the data. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but make no representation or warranty about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. ALWAYS VERIFY WITH THE LENDER DIRECTLY BEFORE RELYING ON ANY INFORMATION FROM THE SITE.

We may receive compensation from some lenders when you visit them through our links. This is disclosed on individual lender rows and in our methodology page. Affiliate compensation does not influence our inclusion of lenders, the data we show about them, or our default ordering.

NOTHING ON THE SITE IS FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. The Site is for general comparison purposes only. Borrowing against Bitcoin involves significant risks, including liquidation of your collateral if Bitcoin's price drops, counterparty risk, and tax consequences. Consult qualified professionals before making borrowing decisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYPHER CAPITAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sypher Capital and its affiliates from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

All content on the Site (other than third-party content like lender logos used for nominative comparison) is owned by Sypher Capital. Lender names and logos are the property of their respective owners and used here for editorial comparison.

This Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page with a new "Last updated" date.
